I understand that:

• A late notice fee applies when a scheduled client meeting is canceled with less than four (4) hours’ notice
• A no-show fee applies when I do not attend a scheduled client meeting without prior notice

I understand that scheduled meetings are reserved specifically for me as part of my active engagement and that missed time impacts service delivery and availability.

By proceeding, I agree to pay the applicable missed meeting fee and acknowledge this policy as part of my ongoing engagement with Taxley.
